Reviews and Ratings
This lodge-type hotel offers a unique rustic charm with its beautiful inner courtyard and well-maintained grounds. While I had a bit of trouble with my first room due to a bad smell, the staff quickly accommodated my request to switch rooms, which was appreciated. The dinner menu was reasonably priced and tasty, although the breakfast could use more variety. The environment was generally safe, but the location is on the outskirts, which might not suit everyone.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The tranquil gardens and well-maintained facilities offered a pleasant experience, and the overall ambiance was charming. However, we encountered issues with the shuttle service, and the dining options could definitely use improvement, especially with breakfast selections. Despite those hiccups, the vibe was soothing and it was a decent value for the price.
My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, which I loved. The breakfast was pretty good and the gardens were a scenic touch. However, the location is in a simple area and the dining service could really use an improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The gardens were lovely and the overall rustic charm made it feel special. While we had some issues with the hot water and breakfast, the character of the place and the experiences it offered made it worth it for me. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I return to Urubamba.
This hotel has a lovely garden and charming architecture, making for a nice first impression. However, the experience fell short because the rooms were dark and not very clean, and the service was chaotic and disorganized. The dining experience was lacking, particularly with slow staff and inadequate refills. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, significant improvements are needed across the board for the price being charged.
